And the winner of the ByNiya jewellery is…

5th Sep 2012

This has been the most coveted competition by far on Muddy Stilettos, but then, these bracelets are so damn pretty!

If you haven’t already, you should definitely check out the ByNiya website – her jewellery is so gorgeous, but the price points are more affordable than designer-end ranges.

Anyway, back to the matter in hand. There can only be one winner and this month the lucky lady is… Jenny O’Gorman. Getin touch you lucky dabber.

Those of you who didn’t win this time, don’t despair – I have a new competition going up this afternoon that will blow your bobby socks off! £150 worth of leather bag, just perfect for the new season. Hurray! If you’re registered for the blog, you’ll automatically be entered.

See you laters alligators. New comp will pop up about 5pm.

x

Hi Hero – jewelry – just the sort of thing, I think. And a brilliant place to start would be my friend Jessica Ecott (who doesn’t know I’m writing this) and her glass jewelry, which is all just gorgeous and stunning. I have loads. See her website for the sort of thing she makes – jessicaecott.co.uk. She’s in Cuddington. Maybe you already know her?

Yes please! J’adore the necklace and suggest you sleep with one eye open, hehehe! Thanks for all the fab posts… which I read avidly… they do make me smile! Who knew there was so much funk factor in Bucks. Arohanui from Wendover.

Glad you like the blog, my little labour of love! Must do some things around Wendover – anything in particular you recommend I try? Hero x

Come on over Hero … there’s lots to look at as you pootle down the high street. Thursday is market day so there’s a bit more action going down on a Thursday – it’s a good market. I would definitely pop in for a coffee at Whitewaters Deli & Cafe… in my opinion the best coffee for a country mile and I have ‘kiwi’ cafe coffee expectations… you get my drift!! Pop into the Little Bird Gallery for something a little different from all the clone gift shops in the shire… and next door to that is a tea room ‘The Lady Grey Tearoom’ which has a gorge chandeleir and tea in a proper pot! Just between you me and the gatepost I really really love the military gallery ‘Aces High’. There is a genuine reason for this I promise… and my little boys love it too. Something with a masculine twist for your blog… perhaps… but not exclusively for the boys!! Did you know that Wendover has a Waterbed company… go figure!!
        Enjoy :)

Thanks Rachel. Will definitely have a gander. We should catch up for that kiwi coffee and talk about the homeland!

Jewellery… yay, you are talking my language here!
I have found a few good things in Chocolate in Risborough and obviously White Hart Studio for the best range of well priced necklaces I have seen. Not a boutique, but East is also great I think (frumpy clothes but fab costume jewellery). Handy one in Old Amersham with easy parking.
Looking forward to your round-up of where else to try
